Size refers to the approximate width of your finished charm. Because every name is different, height will vary based on letter count, font styling, and overall design.

• 3 Inches — Petite accents, shorter names, small or single-tier cakes
• 4 Inches — Recommended — Our most popular size, and the perfect fit for most standard 6"–10" cakes
• 5 Inches — Statement pieces, longer names, or larger tiered cakes

Not sure which size to pick? When in doubt, go with 4 inches — it's our recommended standard size and the best match for the vast majority of home-baked and bakery cakes in the 6"–10" range.

Your charm will be laser-cut exactly as entered — including spacing, capitalization, and punctuation — so a quick proofread now saves a re-order later. If you notice a typo right after placing your order, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before production begins.

How to Order

1. Select your Size (3", 4", or 5" wide) — 4" is our recommended standard for most 6"–10" cakes.
2. Select your Finish (Cast Acrylic or Mirror Acrylic).
3. In the personalization field, enter the exact name or word you'd like cut, plus your preferred color from the suggested list above. Let us know in the same note if you'd like to request a color not listed.
4. Review your entry carefully for spelling, spacing, and capitalization before completing checkout.
5. We'll laser-cut your one-of-a-kind charm and ship it your way!

Materials & Care

• Made from 1/8-inch acrylic in your choice of cast-color or mirror finish
• Wipe clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight, which can dull the finish over time
• Designed to be placed on the cake itself (not inserted into it) and should be removed before serving
• Not intended for direct, prolonged contact with frosting or food — we recommend placing it just before serving and removing it as the first slice is cut
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, when not in use

Processing Time

Every charm is custom laser-cut to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

Personalized Item Refund Policy

Because each Custom Acrylic Name Cake Charm is laser-cut specifically for you, these items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.

If your charm arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the name/word and color you submitted at checkout, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right. We're not able to offer refunds or remakes for personalization details (spelling, spacing, capitalization, etc.) that were entered incorrectly at checkout, so please review your entry carefully before submitting your order.
